Tom and Duncan's flat was a flat in London where Tom and Duncan lived.

When Tom and Duncan found Dodi at a football stadium, they took the Dodo back to their flat, where Dodi became more and more violent and aggressive as the Dodo was infected with the Parasite. Eventually, when Dodi bit Tom, Duncan locked the Dodo in his bedroom, and fled the flat when Dodi tried to break out and when Tom became infected by the Parasite. Duncan later returned to the flat with the Home Office Anomaly research team and the Special Forces in search of Tom, but Tom had already fled the flat and the infected Dodi had died. (Episode 1.4)
After Tom's death, Duncan became more and more obsessed with conspiracies and believed it wasn't safe to return to the flat. (Episode 1.4, 4.2)
