Michael Ralph was the production designer for Series 3, Series 4 and Series 5 of Primeval taking over from Paul Cross. He designed the sets during this time, most notably redesigning the first Anomaly Research Centre building for Series 3 and completely designing the second ARC set from scratch for Series 4-5.
