Lucien Hope was a youth living in the Isle of Dogs who was kidnapped by Mer Creatures.
Biography
Episode 2.4
Lucien was attacked and dragged down a flooded drain by a Mer Creature while playing basketball with his friends, and was taken to the Mer's lair along with Abby Maitland. He was eventually found by Cutter and Connor. Lucien and Cutter were surrounded by Mer Creatures (one of which Lucien killed by throwing a rock at its head like a basketball) until Stephen arrived and gunned the creatures down. Lucien was rescued, his parents informed of his safety and he presumably returned to his normal life.
