Howard Kanan's estate was a large property and with a house in rural Vancouver belonging to Howard Kanan. In place of an address number it had the Greek letter alpha.

After losing a court battle with Evan Cross Howard spent the next five years in his house working on and developing new technologies. On day, an Anomaly opened on the estate and let a Triceratops through. Cross and Dylan Weir entered the estate looking for the dinosaur as part of the Special Projects Group. Howard discovered them and ultimately went through the Anomaly just before it closed, and it is unknown what became of his property after his disappearance. (Breakthrough)
