Helen Cutter's base was an abandoned warehouse in London in which Helen Cutter briefly used as a base during her crusade to save the future.

History

Shortly after acquiring the Artifact from the Future city after Christine Johnson's soldiers failed to get it, Helen and her Cleaner Clone army arrived at the warehouse in the present. Helen ordered them to establish the building as a base, while she studied the Artifact. (Episode 3.1)

She later prepared her clones for an attack on the Anomaly Research Centre, even testing their obedience by ordering one to kill himself, which he did. After the attack, which resulted in the destruction of the army, Helen didn't appear to use the base again. (Episode 3.3)
