British Columbia is a province in west Canada, specifically the westernmost province, and is where Vancouver is located.
History[]
By late 2011 - early 2012, Anomalies became frequent in British Columbia, mainly in Vancouver and the surrounding area. In response to this, Cross Photonics' Special Projects Group were repurposed to locate and contain Anomalies and the creatures that came through them, eventually gaining assistance in covering up the incursions afterwards from Project Magnet after Magnet became aware of the Anomalies. However, Project Magnet were secretly attempting to use the Anomalies to alter and repair Earth's ecosystem from in the past, and when the SPG learned of this by mid-2012, the two Anomaly research groups began arguing over Magnet's plans and control of the overall Anomaly operation.
