History[]
In 1868, Henry Merchant tried to have his wife Emily committed to Bedlam Asylum, but he and the doctor from the asylum (who was assisting him in capturing Emily to take her to the asylum) were killed by a Raptor. (Episode 5.3)
Alternate timeline[]
In the initial timeline which existed before Matt Anderson's interference in 1868, Emily was successfully committed to Bedlam Asylum and remained there for the rest of her life. (Episode 5.2)
