One of the many aspect of the Future Predators is they're agility. They are always running and crawling on the walls at an immense speed, let's not even talk about the Mutated Predators that are able to dodge the EMD shots. Owever in season 3 the Predators seems to be moving slower, compared to the creatures fetured in season 1 and 2. Now the problem is why?
Why this Future Predators are slower? Is beacuse the ones from season 3 are genetically engeenird creature and the one form the previus season are naturally evolved? Personally I don't think that's the case: as I have already explained in a previews post, I think that the Predators from season 2 came from that same future. So why are they slower in season 3?
For me, the answer, is simple: The Predators in season three are always seen in the future, exept for one specimen that was inside Christine Johnson facility. For the rest of the series they are seen in they're home period, where they feel safe. Think of it, in the end they are just animals, burtal, killers, apex predators but they are just animals: is not to far fetched to hypothesize that when they travel in other times they feel scared. The reason why in the present they are always moving fast is because they are constantly on the look out for possible danger since they are in a place that they don't know.
But the Future Predator in Johnson's lab moved way slower compared to Leek's praetorian guards, why? Even here the answer is simple: he was stuffed whit many dose of sedatives, and when he awakend himself he was not fully compreending the situation.
And the Mutated ones? This new guys from season 5 move in a very clunky way when they are not sprinting, the reason is attributed to the arsh condition in wich they live, and when they are sprinting they are determinated to put they're hands on a fresh prey as soon as possible since they are living in a place where food is running low.
Do you agree with my idea or do you have another theory. Let me know what do you think in the comments.
